Morse 22 taper burr, designed for finishing, semi-finishing and roughing. Dedicated to individual customers and large manufacturing plants. It is a cylindrical-face burr with torsion blades of L=30 degrees. It has special chip grooves for the discharge of chips outside the tool. This avoids the risk of damaging the blade or at least clogging the grooves during machining. Morse 22 taper burrs are produced from modern HSS high-speed steel in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 845 BKN. It is a steel with above-average technical parameters affecting the possibility of obtaining better cutting effects. HSS milling cutters are resistant to any mechanical damage, which guarantees their long life and the possibility of performing high-performance machining at increased speeds.
