Morse 18 taper shank cutter. A modern cylindrical face milling cutter with a nominal diameter of 18 mm. It is commonly referred to as a finger milling cutter, it is designed to perform finishing and semi-finishing as well as roughing. The cutters offered in our store are made in accordance with the NFPc, DIN 845 BKN standard. They have torsion blades with an angle of 30 degrees, between which are located special chip grooves designed to remove chips outside the tool. Morse 18 taper burrs have a Morse taper shank. They are used for machining hard and hard-to-machine materials such as alloyed and unalloyed steels, cast steel, metals and their alloys, as well as various types of cast iron (gray, ductile, malleable). They are recommended for conventional and CNC computer-controlled machine tools. They are dedicated to individual customers and large manufacturing plants - for multi-batch processing.
