Drill 45 mm on Morse taper with a fin
Modern metal drill 45 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, NWKc, complying with DIN 345, for drilling through-holes and blind holes in unalloyed steel, metal, tool steel and plastics. The drill bits we offer are manufactured from high-alloy HSS, the properties of which increase the precision and efficiency of drilling. It is a Morse taper drill, with strong cutting edges and also with spiral grooves for removing excess cut material from the hole. HSS drill bit is characterized by increased resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage to the blade, as well as in the ability to drill holes in very difficult conditions. It is suitable for drilling using conventional drills, milling machines and lathes, as well as CNC computer-controlled machine tools. Drill bits for metal 45 are characterized by much higher resistance to variable working conditions, including the so-called heat resistance. Their high technical parameters make it possible to drill at high speed and at the resulting high temperature (even up to 600 degrees C).
