Drill 25 mm on Morse taper with a fin
Modern metal drill 25 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, drill bit for unalloyed steel, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and thermosetting plastics. This is an NWKc drill bit, with Morse taper, 25 mm in diameter, complying with DIN 345, manufactured by rolling method from modern high-alloyed HSS (High Speed Steel). Its properties allow high drilling performance. HSS drills allow to increase efficiency and accuracy of drilling. They are suitable for various types of conventional machine tools (drills, lathes, milling machines) and modern CNC numerical control machines. Metal 25 dr ills for steel are characterized by greater resistance to harsh working conditions, including high processing temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) created when drilling at high speed. The drill blades are properly ground and their strong cutting edges are insensitive to strong impacts and lateral forces. In addition, they are extremely rarely subject to fracture, breakage and other mechanical damage, which greatly extends their service life.
