Professional metal drill fi 22 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, complying with the dimensional standard DIN 345, designed for machining steel, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics. It is a drill bit with exceptional technical properties and specific geometric echoes. The drill has specially ground cutting edges, strong blades, a tip angle of 118 degrees and spiral grooves for removing chips from the drilled hole. The drill is manufactured entirely from special HSS high-speed steel, using the rolling method. It is suitable for professional use with conventional drills, milling machines and lathes as well as modern CNC-controlled numerical control machines. Drill bits for metal 22 of this type are characterized by increased heat resistance and the ability to drill holes with low roughness (high drilling precision). The drills are very hard and durable, and can withstand very harsh working conditions. Their advantage is their long service life and thus the possibility of reducing overall machining costs.
