Die 1/4-28 UNF unified American for cutting external threads. High-quality UNF 1/4-28 left-hand unified circular thread cutter. It is suitable for cutting American unified UNF threads. The tolerance class of the cut threads is 2A. Thread cutting is carried out already on the first working pass - 1,75P nut. We offer you die unified manufactured from high-speed steel in accordance with DIN 22568. They are designed to improve the quality of threading and increase its efficiency. Die UNF 1/4-28 are resistant to high temperatures, which allows to increase the speed of machining and reduce working time.
The advantage of the dies is also their high resistance to any mechanical damage caused during the machining of very hard materials classified as class P1.2 - P1.3.
