UNF 7/16-20 left-hand die enables cutting of left-hand external threads with a diameter of 7/16 inch (11.11 mm) and a pitch of 20 threads per inch. The UNF (Unified National Fine) fine thread standard offers 43% more threads than its UNC 7/16-14 counterpart, providing a stronger joint. The left-hand thread protects against self-loosening in rotating mechanisms.
