Modern ball milling cutter 200 x6 mounted disc type NFTe with a working diameter of 200 mm and working width of 6 mm. Circular saw blades of this type is used for professional milling of hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 - P1.3. class These include unalloyed and alloyed steels, metals and non-alloyed metals, metal alloys, gray cast iron, cast steel, thermosetting plastics. The 200-slotted disc milling cutters in our offer are made of modern high-grade HSS. The advantage of this steel is high resistance to abrasive wear and better cutting ability at elevated temperatures (up to 600 degrees C), which occur when milling hard materials at high speed. NFTe milling cutters are recommended for milling narrow grooves, cutting recesses and grooves, as well as cutting profiles and cutting through tubes. The cutters are suitable for machining hard metals, unalloyed steels, nonferrous metals, metal alloys, cast iron, cast steel and other materials.
