HSS saw blade cutter 160 x6 NFTe for metal

A modern 160 x6 mounted disc ball mill, type NFTe dedicated to both individual customers and large manufacturing plants. This is a 160x6 ball mill with a cylindrical bore shank, 100 teeth. It is particularly recommended for cutting profiles, cutting through pipes and metal parts, cutting narrow grooves and for milling grooves, recesses and narrow face cuts. The 160-slotted circular (ball) milling cutters offered to you in our store are made of high-alloyed HSS (High Speed Steel). Thanks to the high properties of this steel, the milling cutters are very hard and durable and also resistant to abrasion under the influence of high temperature (up to 600 degrees C) created during cutting at increased speed. In addition, the cutter blades are resistant to any mechanical damage (fracture, chipping, chipping, cracking). This allows the cutters to last a long time and improve the quality of cutting.
