High-performance 160 x5 mounted disc milling cutter, commonly known as ball milling cutter. Type of NFTe cutter with the following dimensions: width 5 mm, diameter 160 mm, number of teeth 62, shank cylindrical hole. It is suitable for performing professional machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 - P1.3 class (unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, thermosetting plastics). The 160-slotted disc milling cutters offered in our store are suitable for milling narrow grooves, grooves and recesses, for cutting profiles and cutting through pipes. The biggest advantage of the milling cutters we offer is high hardness and durability, as well as resistance to abrasion under high temperature (up to 600 degrees C). The use of special HSS high-speed steel for the production of cutters allows high-speed cutting at increased speed, even in very difficult conditions.
