HSS 160x5 NFTe metal face milling cutter
File milling cutter 160 x5 NFTe disc cutter with a diameter of 160 mm and a working width of 5 mm. It has a cylindrical hole shank and 100 teeth. It is suitable for professional machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 class - P1.3. It is used for milling grooves and narrow face cuts, as well as for cutting metal pipes and bars and cutting profiles. The 160-slotted disc milling cutters in our offer are made of HSS high-speed steel. This is a high-alloy tool steel characterized by above-average technical properties. The steel has strength to withstand severe cutting conditions and good cutting properties. It owes these features to its balanced chemical composition. HSS milling cutters are resistant to harsh cutting conditions and their blades are rarely subject to fracture, cracking, chipping, splintering and other blade damage.
