Modern 125 x5 NFTe ball milling cutter in accordance with PN-75M-57474 standard. It is a 125x5/78 mounted disc (ball) cutter. It is made entirely of high-quality HSS high speed steel. This is an exceptional tool steel with very good strength and cutting properties, It is characterized by high toughness, impact strength and wear resistance. HSS 125 ball milling cutters are resistant to the high temperatures generated during high-speed machining. HSS tools can be used when hard materials in the P1 category are required to be machined. 2 - P1.3. These are unalloyed and alloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and others. The advantage of milling cutters is that they are resistant to all fractures, cracks, chipping and other damage to the blades. This makes it possible to extend the life of the cutters and realistically reduce labor costs. The cutters can be used for various types of conventional and CNC numerical machine tools.
