Description
Center drill protected designed to make 60/120 st. punctures in a single treatment.
Center drill nWRd type for making protected nuts with a diameter of 3 mm. Pre-drills are made to guide the drill and prevent drill run-out - especially in the initial phase of drilling. The drill bits in our range are manufactured from special HSS (High Speed Steel), according to DIN 333-B. They have two blades with an angle of attack of 118 degrees and special chip grooves for chip removal. Making them from HSS (High Speed Steel) allows to improve cutting parameters and increase the catalog of materials that can be machined. The drills are suitable for cutting parts made of unalloyed (carbon) steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, copper, aluminum, metal alloys and thermoset plastics. The drill bits are very hard, durable and resistant to abrasion when exposed to harsh working conditions and high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C). The blades are resistant to mechanical damage, which increases the service life.
