High-quality NWRc type reamer designed for common nuts with a diameter of 0.8 mm. It has 2 cutting blades with an angle of 118 degrees, as well as 2 chip grooves with an angle of 60 degrees for efficient chip removal from the material being cut. Center drill it is made entirely of special HSS - High Speed Steel. These types of drill bits are used when it is necessary to pre-drill the hole and guide the drill bit. This activity prevents the drill bit from whipping, especially at the initial stage of machining. High-speed steel HSS increases machining parameters, makes it possible to expand the catalog of materials for cutting and also increases the strength of the drill bit to withstand harsh working conditions. Tools made of this steel are resistant to any mechanical damage, which increases their service life. The reamers we offer comply with DIN 333 A and are suitable for machining materials of P1.2 class - P1.3.
