High-quality insert TPUN 220408 multi-sharpened PC3500 by Korean manufacturer: the Korloy company. The dimensions of the insert: the length of the side l - 22,0 mm, the thickness of the insert s - 4,76 mm, the corner radius re - 0,8 mm. This is a lathe insert, triangular beveled, made of a special grade of carbide PC3500. This unique grade of carbide is distinguished by its increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions. It allows to perform high-performance machining of cast iron, even at increased cutting speed, under the influence of high temperatures reaching 700 - 1000 degrees C. The TPUN 220408 multi-cutting inserts we offer are dedicated to both small locksmith workshops and large industrial plants. They are suitable for conventional milling machines and lathes as well as automatic CNC machine tools.
