Carbide insert TPUN220408 turning, multi-sharpened H20s from the Polish manufacturer Baildonit. Modern TPUN 220408 turning insert, multi-sharpened, designed for high-performance machining at increased speeds. It is distinguished by high resistance to abrasive wear and other mechanical damage to blades (fractures, chipping, cracks). It is a triangular bevelled insert without chipbreaker, type TPUN 220408 H20s. It is made by the Polish company Baildonit. It has the following dimensions: side length l - 22,0 mm, thickness of the tile s - 4,76 mm, corner radius re - 0,8 mm. Used for the production of tiles special grade of sintered carbide H20s. This grade is recommended for medium-precision and rough machining of cast iron at moderate cutting speeds and medium to high feeds in unfavorable and difficult machining conditions. The multi-cutting inserts offered in our store are designed for cutting parts made of copper alloys, light alloys, heat-resistant, heat-resistant materials and plastics.
