This is a milling insert, triangular truncated, without chipbreaker, produced by the Polish manufacturer: Baildonit. Carbide insert has the following dimensions: side length l - 16,5 mm, insert thickness s - 3,18 mm, corner radius re - 0,4 mm. It is made in the highest precision from a special grade of tungsten carbide NTP35 (P15-P40).
It is a grade dedicated to machining steel, cast steel and stainless steels with splinter chips of large cross section and variable thickness. The multi-cutting inserts in our store are very hard and durable and also resistant to fatigue dynamic loads. They are suitable for cutting at high and medium speeds as well as large cross sections of the cut layer. The inserts are resistant to mechanical damage, which will extend their service life.
