This is an insert type SPUN 120304 with the following dimensions: side length l -12.70 mm, insert thickness s - 3.18 mm, insert radius re- 0.40 mm. Carbide insert it is dedicated to individual customers and large production plants. It is manufactured in the highest quality in sintered carbide type H6310. It is a grade designed for professional machining of all grades of steel, cast steels.

SPUN 120304 cutting inserts can be used for rough turning of ordinary, structural steels. Their advantage is increased resistance to severe cutting conditions, including high temperature (even 700 - 1000 degrees C) generated during high-speed cutting. The inserts are recommended for cutting hard materials on conventional and CNC numerical control machine tools.
