The NTP-35 (P20-P45) grade of CVD-coated carbide is designed for medium and rough machining of steel and cast steel under difficult machining conditions. High-quality SPUN 190408 lathe insert, multi-sharpness, of Polish manufacture, type SPUN 190408 NTP35 s. The manufacturer of the insert is the Baildonit company valued for the high quality of the offered tools for machining. The multi-point inserts we offer are resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping) with the following dimensions: side length l -19,05 mm, insert thickness s - 4,76 mm, insert radius re- 0,80 mm. The tiles are very hard and durable. Their high resistance to damage not only increases the comfort of work, but also extends their service life. The multi-cutting inserts are made of U10s tungsten carbide, which is designed for machining all grades of cast iron. This type of carbide is also suitable for rough turning of cast irons, non-ferrous metals, heat-resistant nickel alloys. The inserts are recommended for conventional and CNC machine tools.
