Carbide insert SPUN 190408 SM25T multi-sharpness from the Polish manufacturer Baildonit. Grade SM25T (P15-P40) ( M25-M35 ) uncoated carbide, designed for machining steel, stainless steel. Professional SPUN 190408 multi-cutting insert S30s manufactured by the well-known Polish company Baildonit. This is a SPUN 190408 insert with high hardness and durability, also characterized by increased resistance to very difficult cutting conditions. Carbide insert it has the following dimensions: side length l -19,05 mm, insert thickness s - 4,76 mm, insert radius re- 0,80 mm. The multicutting inserts offered in our store are manufactured to the highest precision from special S30s sintered carbide. It is a grade with high strength and resistance to abrasive wear. It is designed for medium-precision and coarse machining of steel and cast steel at medium and low cutting speeds and significant cross sections of the cut layer in difficult machining conditions. The multi-cutting inserts offered in our store are suitable for high-performance cutting at increased speeds on conventional and CNC-controlled machine tools.
