The NT-35 (P20-P45) grade of CVD-coated carbide is designed for medium and rough machining of steel and cast steel in difficult machining conditions. Professional SNMM 120412 NHP AC3000 lathe insert, multi-sharpness, from Japanese manufacturer Sumitomo. It has the following technical parameters: side length l - 12 mm, insert thickness s - 4,76 mm, corner radius re - 1,2 mm. It is a multi-sharpened insert characterized by increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions and also greater resistance to potential mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping). Multicutting inserts offered in our store are made of a special grade of sintered carbide NT35 (P05-P20) (M10-M20) coated with PVD method. Thanks to such a design, the multi-cutting inserts are designed for fine milling of ordinary steels and materials that tend to stick, i.e. low-carbon steels, stainless steels and surface-hardened materials.
