High-quality SPUN 090308 multi-sharpened insert, type SPUN 090308 S20s manufactured by the world-renowned Polish company Baildonit. It has the following dimensions: side length l -9.53 mm, insert thickness s - 3.18 mm, insert radius re- 0.80 mm. It is suitable for high-performance machining at increased speeds. The blades of the insert are resistant to potential mechanical damage, which significantly extends their service life and improves the comfort of work. We offer you high-grade multi-cutting inserts made of tungsten carbide S20s. It is a grade designed for fine and medium precision machining of steel, cast steel and low alloy steel at high cutting speeds and moderate feeds. Multi-cutting inserts are suitable for high-speed cutting, during which high temperatures reaching up to 700-1,000 degrees C are generated. They can be used on conventional machine tools (milling machines, lathes) as well as on computer numerical control machines.
