Carbide insert SNMG multi-sharpness is dedicated to professional machining of very hard and hard-to-machine materials.
Its advantage is the increased resistance to severe cutting conditions, including high temperatures generated during high speed cutting. The SNMG multi-cutting inserts we offer are manufactured from a special grade of C-35 (P15-P40) carbide (M25-M35). This grade is designed for machining steel, cast steel and stainless steels with splinter chips of large cross-section and variable thickness. It is resistant to fatigue dynamic loads. It can be used at high and medium cutting speeds and large cross sections of the cut layer.
