Carbide insert SPMG 07T308 DG TT9030 multi-cutting insert made by the Korean company Taegutec. High-quality SPMG 07T308 EDR turning insert, multi-sharpened - made by the Korean manufacturer Teagutec. It has the following dimensions: - side length l - 7,94 mm, insert thickness s - 3,97 mm, corner radius re - 0,8 mm. The multicutting inserts offered in our store are made of sintered carbide grade 9030, which are designed for medium fine and coarse machining of steel and stainless steels and cast iron. They can be used even in heavy cutting conditions, including high temperatures reaching up to 700 - 1000 degrees C. They guarantee high cutting effects and also the possibility of machining very hard and hard-to-machine raw materials. The sintered carbides used in the manufacture of multicutting inserts have in their structure mainly metal carbides and a binding metal, which is usually cobalt. A characteristic feature of such manufacturing is high resistance to high temperature, increased hardness and wear resistance.
