The H6310 (P10-P30)(M10-M20) grade of CVD-coated carbide is designed for medium and rough machining of steel and cast steel under harsh machining conditions. Modern SPMG 050204 insert for folding drill bits, multi-flute, from the Polish manufacturer Baildonit. Carbide insert has the following dimensions: side length l - 12.70 mm, insert thickness s - 4.76 mm, corner radius re - 0.40 mm. It is made of special carbide H6310. It is a grade designed for fine and medium precision machining of steel, cast steel and low alloy steel at high cutting speeds and low feeds. Thanks to the technical parameters of this carbide, the multi-cutting insert is suitable for machining under severe cutting conditions, including the high temperature created when cutting at high speeds. The blades of the insert are resistant to abrasive wear, as well as other mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping).
