The manufacturer of the insert is the Polish company Baildonit. The dimensions of the insert: side length l - 12,70 mm, insert thickness s - 3,18 mm, corner radius re - 1,20 mm. Multicutting inserts of this type are recommended for machining at moderate cutting speeds and medium and high feeds in unfavorable and even very heavy machining conditions. They are manufactured from a special grade of tungsten carbide H20s. This grade is designed for medium fine and rough machining of cast irons at moderate cutting speeds and medium and high feeds under unfavorable and severe machining conditions. It is suitable for machining copper alloys, light alloys, heat-resistant, heat-resistant materials and plastics. The design of the multi-cutting inserts enables professional, highly efficient and accurate machining of light alloys of heat-resistant and heat-resistant materials, copper alloys, and plastics.
