This is an insert dedicated to both retail customers and large industrial plants. It is suitable for cutting hard and hard-to-machine materials in very heavy cutting conditions. The multi-cutting inserts offered in our store have the following dimensions: side length l - 19.05 mm, insert thickness s - 6.35 mm, corner radius re - 1.20 mm. Their advantage is increased resistance to abrasive wear and also increased resistance of the blades to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping). The multi-cutting inserts in our offer are made of a special grade of sintered carbide NTP35 (P25-P40), which is designed for medium fine and rough machining of steel and cast steel at medium and low cutting speeds and large cross sections of the cut layer in difficult machining conditions.
