It is designed for professional and high-performance cutting of very hard materials, even in very difficult machining conditions. High technical properties of the multi-point insert allow cutting hard and hard-to-machine materials (steel, cast steel, cast iron). Carbide insert the multi-cutting insert in our store has the following dimensions: side length 12,70 mm, thickness 4,76 mm, corner radius 0,40 mm. The special grade of CVD-coated sintered carbide - NT35 (P20-P45) used in the production of the insert allows machining of medium and rough steel and cast steel in difficult conditions. The inserts are suitable for conventional machine tools (milling machines, lathes) and CNC numerical machine tools.
