Modern SEHX 1204 SM25T lathe insert, multi-sharpness type SEHX 1204 manufactured by the Polish company Baildonit. The brand is known worldwide and respected for the high quality of its machining tools. The multi-cutting inserts in our store have the following dimensions: side length l -12,70 mm, insert thickness s - 4,76 mm, with chamfer. Their advantages are high hardness and durability, as well as resistance to potential mechanical damage. SEHX 1204 multicutting inserts in our store are made of a special grade of sintered carbide SM25T uncoated. Multicutting inserts made of this carbide are designed for medium and rough machining of unalloyed and alloyed steels, cast steel, stainless steels and cast iron. Their advantage is increased toughness for heavy cutting conditions and also increased resistance to abrasive wear. With these advantages, the inserts can be used for high-performance machining at increased speeds, even at high temperatures.
