Carbide insert SEEN AFSN milling insert, multi-sharpness, from the Czech manufacturer Pramet. High-quality SEEN 1504 milling insert, multi-cutting left, made by the Czech company Pramet . This is an insert type: SEEN 1504 with the following dimensions: side length l - 15,87 mm, insert thickness s - 4,76 mm. It is characterized by increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions and greater resistance to abrasive wear. It is manufactured from N-250 (P05-P20) carbide (M10-M20). It is a PVD-coated grade for fine milling of ordinary steels and materials that tend to stick, i.e. low-carbon steels, stainless steels and surface-hardened materials. The multi-cutting inserts offered in our store are dedicated to both retail customers and large industrial plants. They can be used for machining under harsh cutting conditions, including high temperatures created during high speed operation.
