Durable DNMG 150 608 lathe insert PM H9015 , multi-sharpened by Korean company Horn with PM chipbreaker. Technical data of the insert: side length 15,50 mm, insert thickness 6,35 mm, corner radius 0,80 mm. It is a rhombic tile with an angle of 55 degrees, with a hole. For its production, a special grade of sintered carbide H9015 carbide coated by CVD method was used. Such a manufacturing of the multi-cutting insert makes it possible to obtain better cutting parameters, in particular, higher resistance to heavy cutting conditions, higher hardness and resistance to abrasive wear.
