Carbide insert for threading 22 ER 4.5 ISO HTA Horn is a specialized cutting tool designed for turning metric external threads with a 60-degree triangular profile. Thanks to its full profile, the insert ensures the execution of the entire thread outline - from the base to the apex - which guarantees accuracy, repeatability and compliance with the ISO standard.
Carbide insert it is dedicated to threads with a pitch of 4.5 mm, allowing precise production of large metric threads, both ordinary (M) and fine threads (MF). Its 22 ER geometry makes it suitable for machining right-hand external threads in a wide range of industrial applications.
Made from high-quality HTA-grade carbide, the insert features enhanced wear resistance and process stability even when operating in harsh environments. The protective coating further enhances tool life and produces a smooth machined thread surface.
