American 5/16-24 UNF machine threader
Modern 5/16-24 UNF machine taps with through shank made in accordance with DIN 374/41. Designed for making American unified fine threads. Type of UNF threads, diameter 5/16 inch, 24 coils per inch, tolerance class of made threads 2A. Type of nut C (2 - 3 P) - for threading through-holes and blind holes in materials giving short chips. An unquestionable advantage of the offered tools is their production from special HSS high-speed steel. The properties of this steel result in greater machining efficiency, and therefore the ability to produce more parts in less time. Our 5/16-24 UNF unified machine threaders are also resistant to any mechanical damage (breaking, cracking, chipping, dulling), which, combined with high cutting efficiency, gives great savings both in terms of reducing labor costs and not having to replace the threaders with new ones. The machine threaders we offer are designed for machining unalloyed steels, metals, brass, copper, aluminum, bronze and also plastics.
