American 3/4-10 UNC machine threader for stainless steel
Professional machine thread cutter with elongated shank, complying with DIN 376/38. Designed for cutting ordinary threads (normal pitch) of unified American. UNC thread type, 3/4 diameter - 10 coils per inch. Type of cut C - for through-holes and blind holes in materials giving short chips. Tolerance class of made threads 2B. The unified machine threaders we offer are made of very high quality high-speed steel with 5% cobalt. This is a steel with exceptional cutting properties. First and foremost, it allows for a much higher cutting capacity, thus reducing machining time. This allows better utilization of existing workstations and reduces machining costs. In addition, the offered machine threaders are resistant to very severe cutting conditions, including high temperatures reaching up to 670 degrees C. They can be used to thread parts made of alloy steels, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel, cast iron, cast steel and other hard raw materials.
