Description

Professional inch thread cutter for machine cutting of ordinary unified threads with normal pitch. The thread type is UNC 3/4 - 10, 5p. It is a long tapping machine, thethread outline angle is 60 degrees and the tolerance is 2B. Unified machine taps of this type are made of modern HSS high-speed steel. Its properties improve cutting efficiency, increase cutting accuracy, and at the same time guarantee a long service life. The blades of taps, thanks to HSS, are extremely resistant to possible damage (breakage, cracking, chipping, dulling. Taps are designed for machining hard materials falling into the category P1.2 - P1.3. These are unalloyed steels, metals, metal alloys (brass, bronze), non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper) and thermoplastics.
