Turning tool stork 40x40 for steel NNZc, bent, right, size 40x40, made according to the dimensional standard ISO 2, DIN 4972. It is turning tool with a brazed insert of carbide S20/P20. The special grade of carbide influences the possibility of obtaining better cutting parameters and also the possibility of machining very hard and hard-to-machine materials such as steel, cast steel and malleable iron. The knives we offer are suitable for all types of conventional machine tools as well as modern CNC computer-controlled machines. They are designed for fine and medium precision machining at sufficiently high cutting speeds and moderate feeds. The main benefits of using carbide inserts are: the ability to increase machining productivity by using higher cutting speeds, significantly increased tool life, reduced friction and, consequently, reduced blade temperature.
