Made in accordance with ISO 12 standard, dedicated to both individual customers and large industrial plants. It is turning tool for external threads, type NNGc for carbide multi-flute inserts. A special grade of tungsten carbide - H20/K20 - was used for the production of the offered knife. Thanks to its properties, the offered turning knives for external threads are suitable for roughing and medium fine machining of cast iron at high feeds and moderate speeds. The subject turning knives for external threads 25x16 with insert are suitable for turning threads in parts made of light alloys of heat-resistant and heat-resistant materials, copper alloys and thermosetting plastics. The properties of carbide also affect the increased resistance of the cutters to abrasion and other mechanical damage. As a result, the overall cost of work is also reduced.
