Professional turning tool for external threads 16x10 type NNGc - for external threads. This is a right-hand cutter, made in accordance with ISO 12. It is a right-hand cutter, size 16x10, with a carbide brazed insert. In the production of the knife, a special type of carbide multi-cutting insert is used. It allows to perform medium and fine machining of alloy steels, all grades of cast irons (gray, spheroidal), austenic steels, nonferrous alloys, and non-metallic materials giving a short chip. Lathe knives for 16x10 external threads are characterized by a significant reduction in friction and, consequently, also a reduction in blade temperature and the possibility of increasing machining productivity by using higher cutting speeds. In addition, the knives can withstand harsh cutting conditions and withstand high temperatures. They are suitable for single and multi-batch machining in large industrial plants.
