High quality core hole drill 35 for metal tubular with a diameter of 32 mm, short, made of special HSS high speed steel. The drill is of Polish production, has a metric shank fi ¾ mm, 19,05 mm. It is possible to reduce the shank to 18 mm. It is mounted directly in a collet, or in a chuck for Morse taper transition. Tubular drills are also called trepanning or crown drills. They are suitable for drilling large diameter holes. The hole is machined only on the perimeter of the hole. This reduces the amount of chips created, and also reduces working time by about 30-40% - compared to standard drills. The method of drilling also results in lower power consumption and less tool wear.
