M16x1 cobalt annealer for manual and machine threading

M16x1 cobalt HSSE Inox annealer for threading, round. Designed for manual and machine cutting of M16x1 external, metric fine-coil, right-hand threads . Threads are cut already in the first working pass, and the tolerance class of their manufacture is 6g.

The fine threads offered to you in our store are made in accordance with DIN 22 568 from special HSSE tool steel. This unique steel makes it possible to achieve much higher cutting parameters. In addition, threading dies made of WS steel allow high-performance and very accurate threading. They show good resistance to rapid changes in temperature, as well as resistance to damage of blades when machining hard and hard-to-machine materials (unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys).
