Professional M5x0,75 HSS threading dies, round with diameter M5x0,75. Suitable for external, fine threads. The type of the thread cutter NHDa, the tolerance class of the made threads is 6g. The proper execution of the thread takes place already in the first pass of the dies, after less than two turns. In our offer we present to you fine-coiled dies made in accordance with DIN 22 568 from special HSS (High Speed Steel). This is the steel used for the production of professional cutting tools used in industry. Thanks to the properties of HSS steel, the dies we offer are characterized by increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions, as well as the ability to thread at high speeds. The blades are resistant to all mechanical damage, including fractures, cracks, chipping and others. The dies are suitable for machining materials in grades P1.2 - P1.3 (metals, metal alloys, unalloyed steels, plastics, non-ferrous metals).
