Modern M27x1,5 WS threading dies, fine-coil designed for cutting external threads with a nominal diameter of M27x1,5. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g, and the complete execution of the thread takes place after less than two coils, in the first working pass. The dies offered in our store are manufactured in accordance with DIN 22 568, from modern WS tool steel. This is a steel characterized by improved cutting properties, and tools made from it are more resistant to heavy cutting conditions. Burnishing tools made of this steel combine resistance to wear and high temperatures with the ability to machine at increased speeds. The features of the dies significantly improve the quality of cutting, as well as the ability to increase machining productivity.
