M16x1 root tip for manual and machine threading

M16x1 HSS threading annealer, metric fine-coil NHDa, for cutting external threads of diameter M16x1. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. The dies are in accordance with DIN 22 568, and complete thread cutting is carried out already in the first working pass - 1,75P nut. In our store we offer you specialized fine threaded dies, dedicated both to individual customers and large factories. The tools we offer are manufactured from modern HSS high-speed steel. This is a tool steel with exceptionally high cutting properties. First of all, it is possible to significantly increase machining productivity and improve its accuracy. HSS toolholders exhibit high mechanical properties at elevated temperatures. Even under very severe cutting conditions, the dies show high strength, hardness and good toughness. The tools are designed for machining materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3.
