The Tr 16x4 left-hand trapezoidal threaders we offer are manufactured by the Korean company Varel, which has been operating in the tool market since 1953. Its rich experience is constantly supplemented by the implementation of modern working methods and new technologies in production.
The company Varel cooperates with many scientific institutions. The threaders in question are produced from modern HSS high-speed steel. HSS steel makes the tools very resistant to harsh machining conditions, and their blades are resistant to any mechanical damage caused during cutting even very hard materials. Thanks to the properties of HSS steel, threaders can be used for machining alloy steels, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, cast iron and cast steel. The threaders also have the advantage of being able to increase machining productivity while maintaining high cutting parameters and high precision. The tolerance class of the threads made is 7H.
