Tap Trapezoidal Tr 20x4 HSS DIN 103 7H is a precision cutting tool for cutting trapezoidal threads with a pitch of 4 mm, in accordance with DIN 103. Made of high-quality HSS high-speed steel, it guarantees long life, abrasion resistance and stable operation under high thermal and mechanical loads.

The Tr 20x4 trapezoidal thread is a solution commonly used in mechanical systems that require accurate transmission of axial forces, m.in. in pull bolts, screw actuators and positioning mechanisms. The 4mm pitch provides precise, linear travel while maintaining adequate load carrying capacity. The 7H tolerance allows exact fits in serial production processes.
