Finishing shell reamer for metal fi 98

High quality finishing shell reamer 98 H7 slip-on finisher, type NRNb, size 98, according to DIN 219A. It has a taper shank and straight chip grooves. It is suitable for finishing in H7 tolerance. The offered machine reamers are used for machining surfaces of cylindrical, blind holes. Designed to shape the size of the hole according to the design requirements, as well as to improve roughness, increase machining accuracy. Slip-on 98 machine reamers found in our store are made entirely of modern HSS - High Speed Steel. Thanks to its properties, the tools are characterized by improved cutting parameters and greater resistance to harsh cutting conditions. Their blades are more resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping). They are suitable for machining materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3 (unalloyed steels, metals, copper, aluminum, bronze, brass). Designed for use on conventional and CNC numerical machine tools.
