Modern finishing shell reamer 95 H7 machine NRNb, size 95 mm, according to DIN 219, made of special HSS high-speed steel. This is a machine mounted finisher, with chip grooves, with taper shank. Designed for professional machining of hard and hard-to-machine unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, plastics and metal alloys. It is used for improving hole shape and dimension, removing material allowances, improving roughness. Thanks to the properties of HSS high-speed steel, 95-machine slip-on reamers of this type are characterized by increased resistance to very difficult cutting conditions, greater resistance to potential mechanical damage. They are suitable for machining hard unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, plastics. They can be used for conventional machine tools (lathes and milling machines) as well as for very modern CNC computer-controlled machines. They are designed for finishing in H7 tolerance.
