High-grade finishing shell reamer 52 H7 NRNb, with a diameter of 52 mm, complying with the dimensional standard DIN 219, made of modern HSS - High Speed Steel. It is a slip-on finish reamer, multi-flute with chip flutes, designed for machining cylindrical through-holes and blind holes. It is designed for finishing in H7 tolerance, without accurate tool guidance. The 52-machine countersinks in our offer are designed for reaming holes to the required diameter, for correcting hole geometry and leading out their axes, as well as for leveling surfaces and increasing smoothness. Thanks to the properties of high-speed steel, reamers are characterized by increased strength to withstand harsh cutting conditions and are also resistant to mechanical damage. They are suitable for the machining of P1.2 - P1.3. grade materials They can be used on conventional and CNC-controlled machine tools.
