Finishing shell reamer for metal fi 23

Professional finishing shell reamer 23 H7 finisher NRNb, diameter 23 mm, in accordance with DIN 219, made of special high-alloy HSS. It is a multi-shank reamer with a taper shank designed for finishing cylindrical holes, with the required higher accuracy class H7. It is used in order to obtain high dimensional accuracy of holes, appropriate roughness of the machined surface, derivation of the hole axis. Slotted 23 machine reamers in our offer are suitable for conventional machine tools (milling machines, lathes) and modern CNC computer-controlled machine tools. HSS reamers are distinguished by their high resistance to harsh working conditions, including the high temperatures generated during high-speed machining. In addition, they are characterized by increased resistance to any mechanical damage to the blades (fractures, cracks, chipping).
