Finishing shell reamer for metal fi 40

Modern finishing shell reamer 40 H7 NRNb, slip-on finisher, with a diameter of 40 mm, in accordance with DIN 219. It is made of special HSS (High Speed Steel). It is a multi-flute tool with chip flutes for machining cylindrical holes in tolerance class H7, without additional tool guidance. Offered by us, 40-machine countersinks are designed to perform final machining - "at the ready". They are suitable for reaming holes after prior use of a drill and reamer, as well as for improving the shape of the hole, bringing out its axis, reducing unevenness, improving roughness and thus achieving perfect smoothness of the hole surface. Reamers of this type are suitable for cutting parts made of carbon steel, metals, copper, aluminum, brass, bronze and plastics. They are suitable for conventional machine tools and CNC numerical control machines.
